Before recording.
We set out the work, rights and delivery in an agreement for each song.
Royalty shares and income
The budget and Aieri’s share of master recording income are negotiated for each project and agreed in writing. The agreement defines the share, applicable income and deductions, and how earnings are reported and paid.
If Aieri creates original lyrics or melody, her songwriting share is also agreed separately. Performing lyrics and a melody you provide does not automatically confer songwriting authorship.
Credits and Aieri’s name
Credits are agreed in writing. Using her name or image, a feat. Aieri credit, or linking a release to her artist profile requires her approval before publication.
Use of the voice
The agreement only authorizes use of the recording in the song and the versions expressly agreed. Receiving the files does not grant permission to reuse the voice in other tracks, resell it as a sample, clone her voice or train AI systems. Any additional use requires written permission.
Delivery and revisions
We deliver dry WAV files aligned with your instrumental, with edited lead vocals and the agreed doubles and backing vocals. One round of minor revisions is included, and we correct our own errors at no charge.
Changes to lyrics or melody after recording, new parts and additional versions require an accepted quote before re-recording. The delivery date is confirmed for each project.
Demos and project materials
You may send an AI-generated demo as a performance reference. You must have the necessary permissions for the lyrics, melody and other shared materials. We review each proposal before accepting.
